Jesus stands at Lazarus tomb and commands the stone to be removed He prays aloud to the Father so onlookers may believe and then calls Lazarus to come out The miracle demonstrates Jesus authority over death reveals the compassion of the Son and publicly displays the glory of God as a sign pointing to the coming resurrection and final victory over death
