Romans: The God Who Justifies By Faith

A devotional reflection on salvation, righteousness, and the transforming power of the gospel.

Romans

Romans reveals God’s plan of salvation through faith. Romans teaches that righteousness comes not by works but by grace through faith. The gospel transforms sinners into saints and frees them from the power of sin.

For all have sinned. (Romans 3:23)

The just shall live by faith. (Romans 1:17)

There is therefore now no condemnation. (Romans 8:1)

Christian Application

Romans encourages believers that God’s love is unshakable and His grace sufficient. Nothing can separate them from His love. Trust Christ alone for righteousness and walk in the freedom of His grace.

Sample Prayer

Lord, thank You for justifying me by faith. Help me live in the power of the gospel. Amen.

Hymns for Romans

This devotional pairs well with the hymns Rock of Ages by Augustus Toplady, Amazing Grace by John Newton, and And Can It Be by Charles Wesley.
