Abiding in Christ in John 15

A devotional meditation on John 15 and the call to remain in Christ.

The True Vine

Jesus describes Himself as the true vine who gives life to His branches. Apart from Him, believers can do nothing of lasting value. This truth calls us to continual dependence.

Fruit That Endures

Abiding in Christ produces fruit that reflects His character. This fruit grows as we remain connected to Him through prayer and obedience. It brings glory to the Father.

The Fathers Care

Jesus teaches that the Father lovingly tends His people. His pruning shapes us for greater fruitfulness and deeper faith. This process, though difficult, leads to growth.

Remaining in His Love

Abiding means resting in the love of Christ. His love strengthens us to obey His commands and love others well. This abiding relationship brings lasting joy.
