Justin Martyr: Defender of the Faith

A devotional reflection on Justin’s intellectual witness and courageous death.

Church Martyrs Before 1600

Truth is worth defending at any cost. Justin used philosophy to point seekers to Christ. His writings defended the faith with clarity and conviction. When commanded to sacrifice to idols, he refused and was executed.

We desire nothing more than to suffer for our Lord. (Justin)

Sanctify the Lord God in your hearts. (1 Peter 3:15)

I am not ashamed of the gospel. (Romans 1:16)

This devotional encourages believers to stand for truth with humility and courage. Speak truth boldly today, grounded in love and conviction.
